Other than utilising my own cash for a deposit can you suggest other sources.

The most obvious ways would be borrowing from a family member or a friend - you may give them equity in exchange, or agree to give them a split of profits when come to sell.


Other options would be buying a property well below value - and managing to get 100% finance through creative financing, or using an option agreement.
