Presentations

Our presentations, like all our property investment events, are kept informal with the emphasis on us being accessible to talk to, and introducing some of the investment opportunities we currently have.

We will introduce the history of the company, and then have some of our specialists introducing some of our opportunities.

One of our UK buy to let sourcers will be there to introduce examples of the properties he will source on a regular basis, and explain how the numbers work,

One of our Overseas partners will be over discussing any opportunities overseas – at our most recent presentation we highlighted an opportunity in Czech Republic.

We shall also often have an independent IFA there who can advise further on pension opportunites, and have several of our experts and Portfolio Managers on hand.

We feel this is a great option for investors who would like to meet some of the team and also see the areas that we source property, and more importantly we invest in ourselves - and is one of the most powerful Property Investment Events.

We have between 4-8 investors up to the North East of England, the North West and South Wales every week viewing some of the excellent high yielding property we source and recommend. We also have an in house managing agent who will manage all the properties we source - this gives you extra confidence in getting a well managed investment! We have some of the most experienced sourcers in the country!

We can collect investors from local airports or train stations, or you can drive up and meet at our offices.

This is something we have expended on greatly over the last 12 months - and is usually an hour session, with some pre-work carried out by the investor, allowing us to help you formulate a strategy to ensure you achieve your goals - and can be the most motivating property investment event for you as an individual investor!

I have heard about other courses where there are over 30 people and you get very little individual time to discuss your own situation?

This is completely different – this is a workshop where you can ask questions, and we will go through specific examples as well as be out seeing properties. And most importantly there will be a maximum of 16 people on each workshop.

I have heard of other courses, where you are then pressurised to buy expensive properties, will this be the same?

No! This does allow those interested in investing in the NE to see properties, but most importantly gives you the skills to find suitable properties in your home area.

I have been told the cost of courses would be better spent on a deposit for a property?

Well I would often agree – paying thousands for a course can often not be the best use of your money – although as with anything it will depend what you get out of it. We have now made these 2 hour Workshops completely free - so would suggest are very good value!

With the numbers of emails we get with many people asking for further advice, on rental yields, leverage, cashflow – and keen to physically be shown around properties it was clear there is strong demand. I think as with anything learning the theory is fine, and is almost the easier part – the harder part is getting out there and finding the right properties for you - this is what this property investment event will help with.

Investors that came on our Workshops last year, have all gone on to buy at least one buy to let, and now have the skills to understand what makes a good investment.
