Reserve A Property

Ok, so you would like to reserve a property that you like the look of, and you want to reserve before some one else does - so what do you do??

1. If it is a property that Property Investment Deals' own finders have sourced in the UK

Firstly I would usually recommend calling the office to check all the details and verbally reserve.

Call the office on 0115 9474155.

Alternatively email us at deals@property-investment-deals.com

If can then print off the finders fee form, which can be found at Reservation Form

and the finders fee form, which can be found at Finders Agreement


Fill the forms in, sign and fax back to the office at 0115 9599867.

The next step when you want to reserve a property would be to send the cheque, or pay by credit or debit card above, made out to "Property Investment Tips Ltd", along with the original signed form to Property Investment Tips Ltd, 53 Crusader House, Thurland St, Nottingham, NG1 3BT.

Finders fees are as follows:

For 1 property £1600 plus VAT,

For 2nd, 3rd properties £1500 each plus VAT,

For 4th, 5th and upwards £1400 each plus VAT,

These properties do not all need to be bought at once, ie if you buy 1 first of all, then buy 2 more, you will only pay £4100 plus VAT in total.

When you are paying the finder's fee you are knowing that one of our local team will have been inside the property, had it verbally valued by a local surveyor, and had the thumbs up from a local letting agent regarding rentablility. Due to our contacts you are normally saving more than would pay on the open market - including taking the finders fee into account, as well as getting access to our local contacts and knowing will have an excellent management agent looking after your property for the long term.

These forms must be completed and returned to us within 24 hours ideally, and certainly no more than 48 hours, along with the appropriate fee to hold the reservation. Due to high demand we must be fair to all investors and have set guidelines for all.

We have recommended Mortgage Brokers and Solicitors to use. Please co-operate with us by utilising our nominated Mortgage Broker and Solicitor. Experience of our investors and ourselves has shown it is far more effective and effiecient to operate this way - especially with the number of deals we have going through on a daily basis. We have negotiated low fees with both parties, and the full discounts are passed onto the investors.

We will instruct the Solicitor who will subsequently contact you confirming the legal process.

At this point we will put you in contact with our recommended Mortgage Broker who will source the most appropriate mortgage product suitable for you. Forms will be sent to you, but it is also possible to do this over the phone. A date will then be set for you to complete on your property - usually in 4-6 weeks time, which gives enough time to have all finance in place.

During this time, we will stay in contact with you throughout, and will be in contact with the recommended letting agent in the area. We will work closely with you until you get your first tenant into your property.

2. If it is a property that www.property-investment-deals.com has recommended but through another source.

Go through recommended route, by either registering at website, or emailing the contact given by www.property-investment-deals.com. This will ensure the most efficient service.
